Does this service work outside the UK?
Providing you have enabled roaming and your network is UK based you should be able to use SMS Bubble from anywhere in the world. |

Providing your phone can send SMS it will work.
Sending pictures requires MMS.

Do my messages need to be in capital letters?
NO, your message will be understood whether it is in upper or lower case or a mixture. |

How do I know if my message has been received?
For every message you send you will be sent a reply.
If your message is not understood you will be sent a message back telling you what is wrong.
No charges will be made to any messages not understood. |

Do I get charged if my message is not understood or received?
NO only the 12p it cost to send your message to us. |

What if I don’t get a reply?
If you don’t get a reply it means we have not received your message.
We cannot accept liability for messages not received. |

What if I receive an unsolicited message?
This should not happen as all messages are screened and rejected if found to contain inappropriate words or phrases.
If you do receive any unsolicited messages please report it. |

Will the bubble burst?
Not just a conspiracy theory this one as if you are the last to leave a BUBBLE it will burst. All messages in that bubble will be lost. |

Can I get banned?
Yes if you send abusive or offensive messages or images. |

Complaints
Complaints can only be considered for messages we have received.
It is impossible for us to check or comment on any messages not received. |

Refunds can only be considered for messages we send you at premium rate. |

Online safety
Never give out any personal details like your real name, address, or phone number to anybody you dont know. |

Meeting
If you arrange to meet someone online, meet in a public place, take a friend with you, tell someone where you are going. |
